Expect excellence. You won’t be disappointed.
Your excellent expectations will start when Deshelle picks up the phone to greet you and guide you to the right person. She should be a customer services instructor. I worked with David to get my car repaired. I honestly don’t know how he works with the insurance companies that lowball the estimate, but he makes it work. Ivan was the body person that worked on my car and he was a master matching up body parts in a very difficult spot on my car. Paint match was spot on from all angles. David communicated with me all the way through the process to keep me up to date. I couldn’t ask for more. Thanks all.
