I couldn’t be happier with how clean my windows are! Everything was super easy, from getting the estimate to scheduling, B&B was super easy to work with. I don’t know how or why I ever lived with dirty windows when it just took a few clicks to make this happen.

Your technicians do an outstanding job every year - clean , complete and efficient! Your billing service is an annual nightmare. Every year when I pay by check, it takes 3 weeks to find it!

Mostly everything was great... the estimated price, the scheduling, and the work itself.
However, paying for the service was a nightmare.
I tried to pay the workers directly, but they said I needed to wait for an invoice.
Days later, I emailed asking if I had missed something, and Chrisy finally emailed me an invoice, which was attached (plus some nice photos).
The invoice said PAST DUE on it!! Give me a break!
AND, when I clicked on Pay Now, NOTHING HAPPENED. (BTW, I use Safari on a Mac)
I had to go to the trouble of writing again and asking how do I pay this thing. Chrisy sent me complicated instructions. It was clear then that something wasn’t working correctly for me.
So I tried downloading the PDF invoice to my computer, and then opening it in a separate PDF reader application.
That worked. By clicking on Pay Now I was able to enter the credit card and a $25 tip. That worked finally, yay! The totals, etc., including the tip, displayed on the screen just fine.
However, when I clicked on "Download PDF", the new invoice with the words PAID on it appeared.... but the tip had disappeared !!

This was altogether an unacceptable after-service experience.

B&B’s been cleaning my gutters for years. Today they cleaned my windows, exterior and interior. They did a great job, were on time, polite, quiet, and efficient, and left the windows sparkling clean. Many thumbs up!

B & B Windo and Gutter Cleaning made the process of getting my gutters cleaned SUPER easy! The whole appt was relatively quick (and I have 3 different elevations) and very affordable! Will definitely be my go to for years to come!
