Taxi service takes too long to pick up when the appointment is over with. I have waited almost 2 hours, and I STILL am waiting at my appointment site. Really, they don't deserve a single star.

Edit: If for some reason you DO use this company, make sure you schedule pick up for an hour prior. I was scheduled to be picked up at 7:30.... and they got me at 8. For reference, I told them my appointment was at 8:30, and it roughly takes 30 or so minutes to get to there from my house.

Before you ask "why did you use them again after the last time?", I thought I was being too critical and I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Turns out I was wrong.

Please refrain from using this company for Medicaid Transportation Management. Their services is inadequate starting from the Dispatcher that answers your calls channeling down to the Drivers that pick your disabled clients up.

The Dispatchers have a history of being rude and short as they pick up calls, not allowing for callers to briefly explain the nature of the call before they hang up. In addition, if you call in any other language other than English, they immediately hang up.

The drivers are frequently late and have been known to double clients up in their vehicles without warning.

Do yourself a favor and advocate for your disabled clients by not scheduling transportation services with this company until they make some changes to their employee infrastructure.

I has been riding with them for 13 years straight et least 5 days a week.thier drivers are very friendly and they are always on time or if they are late,it's by 5 min or so. The owner, Elaine is a sweetheart. And Ashley, the dispatcher is the nicest girl.i recommend them over any other can company.

The service is horrible. It all depends on the dispatcher you get I made a reservation from the night before and it was still 30 minutes late and Iive maybe minutes away from leaving from Taxi stand it’s just this one young lady she don’t answer phone to entertain your voice. She hanged up like she’s home. It’s a business phone. It is so bad but someone tell me to get in touch with Miss Elaine. She’s the boss and I am going to do that. to let Miss Elaine know how she is doing and also it’s a job. you are dealing with the public. You cannot behave and act like that answer the phone and hanging up or don’t answer the phone. It is not OK especially when you make a reservation to be somewhere at a certain time and to be picked up it is rude. It’s disrespectful. It’s bad business practice.

I read the reviews expecting to have a horrible experience. I was pleasantly surprised. Nice on the phone...saud 20 minutes...the driver got there in 10....fair price....pleasant driver. Great experience. Thanks B & D.

the driver chris fitzpatrick is an amazing on point employee always shows up on time,drives with safe and cautious driving and is always friendly and a pleasure to see when ik chris is my driver ik im in good hands and ik ill get to my destination on time every time

Horrible service. I would NEVER use them again - ever. They charge at least $100 more than Uber or Lyft for a ride from JFK or EWR to Newburgh. So, that tells you what a rip off this service is. And, they don’t offer a receipt. Which means, if you have to file a business expense report, forget it. Ashley Marie Robb, the only person at B&D, apparently who sends out receipts has been reminded a 100 times and … the receipt is yet to come my way. And they are rude.

Dispatcher is terrible, waiting for 2 hours she’s telling us someone is on the way when nobody was actually on the way ever. They need better management because apparently no one shows up to work. But 6/10 times they are not terrible and the drivers are nice.
