Dr is so friendly and very knowledgeable. Goes out of your way to help you and so does his staff! The staff is very inviting and helpful right when you walk in the door and will make sure you are seen! This Dr knows his stuff, has been around for ever and will get to the bottom of your health problems. You will leave this office feeling like you were listened to and will be back to your healthy self. I can’t say enough about this wonderful Dr and staff. I highly recommend it coming here.

This place is not people friendly and the worst Dr you could ever have. Maybe you will get 5 minutes with the Dr and good luck trying to explain your situation to him. But like they said don’t believe anyone til you try it and after going there, I rather google online on how to diagnose your symptoms and how to treat them. Good luck to you all that are still going there.

This is warning to everyone who reads his reviews. This is not the doctor you want to see. My parents ensured me he was a great doctor, but I could not trust. Long story short. My parents went to him for years, took them to my doctors a couple weeks ago. Found out my dad has hep b and is close to cancer. My mom, he has to watch her blood levels, did not. Was complaining about headaches. Is due to levels of medication.

To the front staff, I would look for another place to work and find a company that procure your future. Speaking to lawyers currently to make sure he does not practice in this state again, since he came from another state. If he was that great, why didn't he stay in the state he first started his practice?

After Obama care cancelled my insurance that I can no longer afford, there is an alternative that is affordable and decent. Dr. Luong. He is a very intelligent and able Doctor that I have been seeing since I have to pay cash for my Doctor visits. I have some issues like high blood pressure and border line diabetic, but with the help of Dr. Luong I have been kept afloat. The only down side (if that) is that his office is a first come first served (no appointments) and caters to mostly the Asian community. Which to me is not a problem. He speaks multiple languages including spanish. He seems to have more common sense that my last high paid Insurance doctor. I feel very fortunate to have found him! He is a very friendly and caring individual that listens to you.

It was terrible. I've never realized it was this bad since it never happened to me before. I went in at 9:30 AM (it opens at 9AM), yet I was told the doctor wasn't there and won't be there until the next hour which was 11AM. Confusing, because how can a clinic be open if the doctor isn't even there @ the open time? I decided to wait and he arrived there around 10:30ish, he met with two other patient who was there before me and another white lady(was there after me) who is an important guest since she has a badge and such? I have no idea. But, when I thought I was gonna get to meet and talk to him about my blood test results, (since I was told by others that my doctor is suppose to sit and go through my results and talk to me about it)I was wrong. The nurse just asked me a couple of personal questions in the open of the front desk with another patient there (which was uncomfortable) and did a brief explanation of what I have and what meds I'm being prescribe by the doctor. It was done within a 4-5 minute range. I waited for a freaken hour or more just to talk to the damn nurse? I mean mind as well just let the nurse talk to me to begin with in the first place instead of wasting my time. It just completely shows how much the doctor really truly cares about your well being.

Dr luong is the best doctor I’ve ever been too and I love how I don’t have to translate for my grandparents who only speak Laos. He helped me find a psychiatrist and also helped me better understand my postpartum depression especially after delivering my preemie. His office opens at 9am and he does not take appointments ONLY walk ins which I prefer because I wake up early anyways so I’m always the first one to arrive and sign in. His office wait isn’t really that long neither. Plus after my appointment I can go just up the light and get some chicken and rice from the AC market.

My dad had a severe fever. It was so bad that he couldn't walk straight, so I called Dr. Luong's office (Dr. Luong is my dad's primary care doctor) and spoke with one of the assistant, the assistant spoke with Dr. Luong and Dr. Luong requested that I take my dad to see him asap. So I took my dad to visit him, when Dr. Luong came in, he asked two questions, check for pulse rate, and listen to breathing then blame it on the weather and deficient in nutrients and sent my dad home in less than 4minutes. A doctor that couldn't diagnose a severe fever (a patient who couldn't walk straight) and send the patient home within less than 4minutes...how well do you think the doctor is able to do his job?
If he only take the time to check my dad's body temperature, he would have known it is a fever. Taking a patient's temperature, is it that a very basic check a doctor does?

This is my primary health doctor and has been my doctor for years. He's pretty good, and generally listens to your requests. The only downside is his office, BUT he's a good doctor hence my reason for the 4 star rating.
